Perry and Kodi's property is located about two miles south of Placerville Idaho, in Star Ranch Subdivision #4. The backcountry trails and logging roads are endless for riding dirt bikes and four-wheelers. Old mining sites hold many interesting stories and are especially fun to explore. Groomed snow machine trails offer a wide variety of winter sports activities.
