Back to Project History
We did have high hopes for
starting the cabin this summer but it did not happen. We spent $$$
on the home in Boise to repaint and the summer seemed to get away. Perry is
still working on finalizing the cabin plans
for the cost estimate. We purchased a new utility
trailer to transport materials for the project. We will also use the
trailer to haul brush and limbs during the cleanup project this spring. We
started the rock retaining wall at the front of the garage, and Perry
plans to finish the upstairs hobby room of the garage.
The shop room ceiling was finished with ceiling tile trimmed with pine strips. Perry replaced his table saw with a new Grizzly 3 hp 220 volt saw in February 2003. New Grizzly 3 hp 220 volt tablesaw. Perry and Kodi purchased a new utility trailer in March 2003. The trailer will be used at the cabin. We the trailer to transport brush and tree branched to the dump. Perry worked on finishing the upstairs with insulation. Started on the rock wall in front of the garage. The stacked rock wall will all serve as a loading ramp for the bikes. We will lay the river rock using a stacking method with mortar. Rock retaining wall. September 02, 2003. We are about half way done with the rock retaining wall. September 02, 2003. Kodi worked on finishing the rock retaining wall in from of the shop.
