The Placerville cabin project has been a lot of work but indeed an enjoyable experience.  We purchased the property from Kodi's sister Kristi and her husband Chuck Pardue.  The 1.78 acre parcel is located in the Star Ranch #4 Subdivision,  Lot 11, and our goal is to build a garage/shop and cabin.   The first major project was to clean-up the lot of dead-fall and thin trees to make room for the buildings, well, and sewer system.  The garage/shop was build first to store tools and our play toys, motorcycles and four-wheelers.  Perry designed the two level garage so that the lower back half would house his woodworking tools. We closed on the construction loan in May  and close on the cabin July 1, 2006.  Thanks to all that those good family and friends that made this project possible.  We will never be able to repay you for your hard work, effort, and great advise.
